Halloween was cold and rainy this year. Fortunately, or maybe unfortunately, we took Bella to the nearby indoor mall with her friends. It turned out everyone else had the same idea. The place was packed and sweaty and store attendants were particularly stingy with passing out good candy. Many of the older kids, who were all wearing scary costumes with bloody messed up faces, also found their way to the mall. Bella took one look at a man dressed up as Dracula and broke out into tears. She spent the next 30 minutes with her eyes clamped shut and her head buried in the nape of Jin’s neck. Eventually, she loosened up and we were able to snap a few photos of her as Ariel.
Check out Bella trying to stuff as much candy in her mouth before Mommy takes it away. Smart girl:
